The Forever Floating Birthday Balloon

I just took this photo about a minute ago. See that balloon tied to the chair? Notice it says "Happy Birthday".

Joey bought this balloon for Phi's birthday on May 21st. Yes May. That is 41 days ago!

It hasn't deflated or even drooped a little. It is still floating as high as it did on Phi's birthday morning.

So where did this magical forever floating balloon come from? The freaking dollar store.

I find myself staring at this thing and wondering.....

What the heck is in there? It cant be just helium!
