It's Radio Worth Watching

I listen to talk radio. Every morning since about 2004 I have been listening to the same radio program. Back then it was Frosty, Heidi and Frank and they were on 97.1, you know before it went all pop music. Then I followed them to KABC then Frosty left and it became Heidi and Frank a daily internet show and now they are on KLOS 95.5 when they took over for Mark and Brian.

On Saturday I was finally able to make it to one of their live events. On Saturday they were in Ventura for the grand opening of the new Jersey Mike's sandwich shop.

They were selling sandwiches for $2.00 and we hopped in line and once we got to the window there they were..... Heidi and Frank! As we inched closer into the shop Heidi and Frank left to the parking lot to host a food eating contest. So the girls and I left Joey in line (he was really there for the sandwiches) and headed over to watch the contest. After the contest we got to meet Heidi and Frank!

Frank is a hugger!! It was so exciting for me to meet them. They were super sweet, nice and funny! Frank was even more handsome in real life and Heidi is gorgeous all up close and personal!



The Phi had them each sign a head shot for her. Phi told Heidi "I listen to you every morning!". They were both sweet to the girls and Heidi even offered to take a picture with them, Frank of course jumped in.

We meet Joey back just in time to order our sandwiches and eat. After we noticed Heidi and Frank were still in the parking lot so we headed back so Joey could meet them too! Heidi and Frank ohhed and ahhed over the beard. Heidi even pet it!

It was a super exciting day for me. I have been a big fan of these 2 for years. I watch the show live everyday on-line. It was like meeting old friends for the first time.
