Riding the coat tails of the success of the "Shades of Grey" trilogy, this book is the true story of a Sophia Morgan. As a young and single woman in England, she is introduced to the world of dominant/submissive by friend.
Just a fair warning, this book is very sexually explicit. VERY. After reading through all of Sophie's escapades at the end I felt like she was that outcast kid in junior high that would do anything to fit in with the cool kids. As Sophie explains her reasons and ever her feelings during her brutal sexual experiences there is no real deeper meaning behind it. She was very quick to reassure her reader that she had a perfectly normal childhood. There is no reason, but simply to make the other person happy, and to keep them coming around.
If you liked the steamy sex scenes in 50 Shades of Grey then you will enjoy this book. I only wish it would have divulged deeper into the mentality of a submissive.
