Well Hello 31!

Its my b-day! And you know how Mom bloggers always write a birth story on their kids birthday. Well I thought I would convince my Mom to write my birth story! Enjoy.....

"A while ago, you requested that I write a paragraph on when you were born. I'm not sure if you wanted it to include dates, times and statistics, which I'm very bad at remembering, so this is what I came up with. I hope it's okay."

My most vivid memory of when you were born, was thinking what a beautiful baby you were! It didn't matter that your face was black and blue from having to use the forceps to get you out. To me, you were the most beautiful baby in the world and my heart swelled with so much love for you. At that moment, I learned what unconditional love was. Even to this day, whenever I think of that moment, I feel a flutter in my heart. Thirty one years later, my love for you is just as strong, if not stronger. You have grown into a beautiful, kind, independent, intelligent, latina women, whom I am very proud to call my daughter. I love you Mija.
