Vaya Con Dios
This is my little cousin Gaby Jr. Right now he is getting ready to leave...for Iraq...again. I believe this is his third (and final) tour of duty. It is still hard for me to picture my cousin as a grown man. He is still that little boy with the longish hair and capped teeth following his Dad around with a soccer ball. But he has grown up to become a man that out whole family is proud of. He is a Marine and is serving and protecting this country. He is fighting to keep this family safe. Our own personal solider. I am so proud of the man that he has become. I am honored to be his cousin. Sophia has a wonderful role model in him with his bravery, intelligence and strength. We cannot wait to have you back home. Travel safe and be safe while you are there. We think of you everyday and will pray for you every night. Today your picture goes back up and the Virgen candle will be lit again, and will be until you come home to your family who loves you so much.
