Close..... but no cigar

We were so close we were already planning the move. We had a family who were very interested in our house. We were told that they were ready to put in an offer and then after a weekend of high hopes our Father's Day was ruined when we received a call from our relator to let us know that the family was going to bid on a different house. We were crushed. We are ready to move, so ready to get out of here. We've even lowered the price by 15K! I don't know what else we can do. We don't have the money to fix up the place. This process is so hard and we are trying to keep our hopes up, but after days like this its tough.
