Passing of the Party Torch
It is my turn now. After all the years of birthday parties, slumber parties, baptism parties, First communion, Confirmation, and graduation parties that all our parents have thrown for us it has become my generations turn to throw these shin-digs for our kiddies. My parents generation is passing on the party torch to my generation. And Cari and Lori didnt tell me how stressful these things are! Sophia is being baptized tomorrow morning and we are very happy that a lot of our friends and family are coming out to help us celebrate. There is still a lot of work to do, and the backyard is no where near nice, but we are fortunate to have a wonderful and supportive families who have really stepped up and helped us out with this party. I really hope it goes well. And just think, in about 4 weeks we get to do it all over again for Phi's Birthday!
